Minimum 10 day charge applies for the Christmas and New Year holiday season (15th December to 15th January). Boarding fees need to be paid up front with bookings during this season.
Customers will be charged for the original booking duration regardless of early pickup. Christmas only applies.
We recommend holiday bookings are made at least 2-3 months prior to required boarding days to secure a place and avoid disappointment. During Christmas and New Years holidays our kennels operate at peak occupancy, so reception will be closed to allow us to focus on the care and comfort of our 4 legged friends.
Please note that payments for Christmas bookings must be made up front, and a minimum 10 day booking applies.
RATES
Daily rates are as follows:
• Open Kennels - flat rate per dog, all breeds ................. $24.00 / day
• New, Enclosed Kennels - small dog ............................... $25.00 / day
- medium / large dog ............... $27.00 / day
- extra large dog ..................... $27.00 / day
• 2 small dogs in one kennel ............................................ $46.00 / day
• 2 dogs in extra large kennels ........................................ $50.00 / day
• Cats - flat rate ............................................................... $18.00 / day
BOARDING RATES ARE CHARGED PER DAY (GST & food inclusive) - minimum two day charge applies
*Boarding rates are subject to change without notice. No deposits required for stays less than 28 days except Christmas. Boarding fees need to be paid with bookings during Christmas holiday season.

VACCINATIONS
All pets must be vaccinated at least 10 days prior to boarding, once a year. It is important that your pet's vaccinations are kept up to date.
Required vaccinations are:
• C5 for dogs (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza, Bordatella)
• F3 for cats (Cat Distemper, Cat Flu, Feline Leukemia)
Proof of current vaccinations within the preceeding 12 months must be shown
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Off Peak
• No deposit required for stays under 3 weeks
Peak (15th Dec - 15th Jan, Easter holidays & School Holidays)
• Minimum 10 day charge applies (for Christmas season only, 15th December to 15th January)
• Boarding fees need to be paid up front with bookings during Christmas season (money order or cheques accepted for deposits - payable to Okpan Pty Ltd).
