Christmas Holiday Trading Hours:
RECEPTION CLOSED from 23rd, 24th, 25th December (pets must be boarded before or after these dates).
OPEN FROM 26th - 27th Dec 10.00am - 2.00pm
CLOSED FROM 28th Dec - 2nd Jan
OPEN FROM 3rd Jan - 22nd Dec next year
Minimum 10 day charge applies for Christmas and New Year's holiday season. A $50 non refundable deposit needs to be paid with bookings (applies only during these holidays).
Customers will be charged for the original booking duration regardless of early pickup. Christmas only applies.
We recommend holiday bookings are made at least 2-3 months prior to required boarding days to secure a place and avoid disappointment. During Christmas and New Years holidays our kennels operate at peak occupancy, so reception will be closed to allow us to focus on the care and comfort of our 4 legged friends.
RATES
Daily rates are as follows:
• Open Kennels - flat rate per dog ................................... $22.00 / day
• New, Enclosed Kennels - small dog ............................... $24.00 / day
- medium / large dog ............... $26.00 / day
- extra large dog ..................... $27.00 / day
• 2 small dogs in one kennel ............................................ $44.00 / day
• 2 dogs in extra large kennels ........................................ $46.00 / day
• Cats - flat rate ............................................................... $16.00 / day
BOARDING RATES ARE CHARGED PER DAY (GST & food inclusive) - minimum two day charge applies

VACCINATIONS
All pets must be vaccinated at least 10 days prior to boarding, once a year. It is important that your pet's vaccinations are kept up to date.
Required vaccinations are:
• C5 for dogs (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza, Bordatella)
• F3 for cats (Cat Distemper, Cat Flu, Feline Leukemia)
Proof of current vaccinations within the preceeding 12 months must be shown
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Off Peak
• No deposit required for stays under 3 weeks
Peak (15th Dec - 15th Jan, Easter holidays & School Holidays)
• Minimum 10 day charge applies for Christmas only
• $50 non-refundable deposit applies for Christmas (money order or
cheques accepted for deposits - payable to Okpan Pty Ltd).
